Great little chart here from PaleoHacks

Newer

Top
Eating out - a healthy option !
Pork yes, but as usual most of the meal is veggies n good fats -
Chicken Parmigiana - ancestral blend ground chicken from Force of Nature brand meats, well sourced protein
Carrots cabbage and squash
Step 1 sauté veggies n ham, step 2 add eggs n feta step 3 it’s on !
Train wreck eggs n veggies, oranges from Gordon my neighbor :-)
A geode Chrystal rock thingy? Nope, a papaya oh yummy yes !
Black beans, Mex cheese and chili lime spice mix push that omelette southward
Primal Kitchen salad dressing and chipotle mayo on liverwurst sandwich - avocado oil healthy
Granola - the standard oats n sugar, in the left, not cool. Right is a KETO no added sugar nuts n seeds approach, far better. Top with kefir and you have quicky breakfast
